Sample Collection
In order to quantify the extent of mold contamination, we use a combination of air, vacuum, and direct lift sampling. We choose the methods best fit for your application based on the specific goals of your project. Mold investigations are not one size fits all and require professional discretion for the most accurate results.
Assessment and Report
Following the completion of our mold investigation and analysis of the results, we compile a detailed report of our findings. Our reports are not of the boiler plate/cookie cutter variety, but rather are tailored to meet the requirements of each individual client’s requirements. If necessary, we also provide step by step mold remediation work plans. Although we do not directly provide remediation services, so as to prevent any conflicts of interest, we have established a network of trustworthy contractors to assist in the completion of any projects.
